The data challenge poster session will be held on August 26 from 2:15- 4:00 pm using Zoom and the Conference website. It will be in the form of 2-minute lightning talks, followed by a Q&A session for each challenge. All posters will be eligible to win Best “Poster” and Honorable Mention. Some poster presentations may be pre-recorded, pre-recorded presentations will not be eligible for the best poster award. Pre-recorded presentations will be available for viewing on this webpage during the Data Challenge.
The lightning talks will be presented in a general session zoom room, attendees will have a chance to ask questions. The link to the general session will be available on the SMC2020 agenda. Extended Q&A Sessions will follow in Zoom rooms moderated by the Data sponsors for each challenge.
Presenters will have 4 slides and their paper draft ready so they can share their screen if there are questions. Full teams may participate in the Q&A sessions, but there will only be one presenter for the lighting talk. Selections for Best Poster will be based on your slides, the live lightning talk, and the Q&A session. Meet our Data Challenge Sponsors.
